<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>目前，我市最低</strong></span><a class="keylink" href="http://hr.hr369.com/salary/" target="_blank"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>工资</strong></span></a><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>标准为市内四区、旅顺口区、各先导区、长海县每月1530元；普兰店区、瓦房店市、庄河市每月1430元，假设单位与职工劳动合同约定的工资为1530元。</strong></span>

<p style="color:#444444;text-align:justify;background-color:#f8fbfc;text-indent:2em;">
<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>如果以目前全市最低工资标准每月1530元来算，则法定假日加班工资为1530元/月÷21.75天/月×300%×1天=211.03元，而休息日、调休日上班则为1530元/月÷21.75天/月×200%×1天=140.69元。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>综上，如果劳动者在元旦假日（2017年1月1日和1月2日）上班，则其应得的加班工资为351.72元（211.03元+140.69元）。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>如果劳动者在春节假期（1月27日至2月2日）期间上班，则应得的加班工资为1195.85元（211.03元/天×3天+140.69元/天×4天）。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>如果劳动者在清明假期（4月2日至4日）上班，则应得的加班工资为492.41元（211.03元/天×1天+140.69元/天×2天）。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>如果劳动者在“五一”假期（4月29日至5月1日）上班，则应得的加班工资为492.41元（211.03元/天×1天+140.69元/天×2天）。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>如果劳动者在端午假期（5月28日至30日）上班，则应得的加班工资为492.41元（211.03元/天×1天+140.69元/天×2天）。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>所以，如果在2017年的26日休息时间（11个法定假日和15个休息日、调休日）均被安排上班，则劳动者至少可以拿到4431.68元。当然，如果是在普兰店区或瓦房店市、庄河市，则至少可以拿到4141.99元。</strong></span>
